Overview

Archivus allows you to bulk import documents from external cloud storage providers like Google Drive, with more providers coming soon. The migration system provides:

  • Folder Selection - Choose specific folders to import
  • Progress Tracking - Real-time monitoring of import status
  • AI Integration - Assign AI agents to process documents automatically
  • Duplicate Detection - Avoid importing the same document twice
  • Error Handling - Automatic retries and clear error reporting

Migration Guides


Plan Requirements

Document migration is available on Teams plan and above. This includes:

  • Bulk import from connected storage providers
  • Folder structure preservation
  • Automatic AI processing during import
  • Agent assignment for imported documents

Upgrade to Teams to access migration features.


Quick Start

  1. Connect Provider - Link your Google Drive in Settings > Integrations
  2. Create Project - Navigate to Migrations and click “New Migration”
  3. Select Folders - Browse and select folders to import
  4. Start Import - Review settings and begin the migration
  5. Monitor Progress - Track real-time import status
