Import documents from external storage providers into Archivus with intelligent processing, metadata preservation, and AI-powered analysis.
Overview
Archivus allows you to bulk import documents from external cloud storage providers like Google Drive, with more providers coming soon. The migration system provides:
- Folder Selection - Choose specific folders to import
- Progress Tracking - Real-time monitoring of import status
- AI Integration - Assign AI agents to process documents automatically
- Duplicate Detection - Avoid importing the same document twice
- Error Handling - Automatic retries and clear error reporting

Plan Requirements
Document migration is available on Teams plan and above. This includes:
- Bulk import from connected storage providers
- Folder structure preservation
- Automatic AI processing during import
- Agent assignment for imported documents
Upgrade to Teams to access migration features.
Quick Start
- Connect Provider - Link your Google Drive in Settings > Integrations
- Create Project - Navigate to Migrations and click “New Migration”
- Select Folders - Browse and select folders to import
- Start Import - Review settings and begin the migration
- Monitor Progress - Track real-time import status
