Archivus provides comprehensive AI analysis of your documents:
- Summarization - Quick and full summaries
- Entity Extraction - People, organizations, dates, amounts

Summarization¶
Quick Summary¶
Get a 2-3 sentence overview:
- Open document
- Click "Summary" tab
- View AI-generated quick summary
Example:
"This document is a service agreement between Acme Corp and XYZ Inc, covering a 24-month term with payment terms of Net 30 days."
Full Summary¶
Get a comprehensive summary:
- Open document
- Click "Generate Full Summary"
- View detailed summary with:
- Key points
- Important dates
- Parties involved
- Terms and conditions

Analyze multiple documents:
- Select documents (Cmd/Ctrl+click)
- Click "Bulk Actions"
- Select analysis action
- Processing begins for all

Wrong Summary¶
If summary is inaccurate:
- Regenerate - Click "Regenerate Summary"
- Check document - Ensure fully processed
- Try full summary - More comprehensive
- Report issue - Help AI improve
Missing Entities¶
If entities not found:
- Check processing - Document must be fully processed
- Regenerate - Click "Extract Entities" again
- Manual entry - Add entities manually if needed
Wrong Classification¶
If classification is wrong:
- Correct it - Update document type/category
- AI learns - Your correction helps AI improve
- Add tags - Manual tags supplement AI
